Delivery of orders
A delay of 1/2 days may be necessary for delivery via carriers. You will automatically receive an email specifying the information for the delivery of your order.
Delivery standards
We use Atelier Théia's standard operating procedures. Standard shipping standards are provided below to better meet your expectations and ensure consistent quality service.
- Orders placed before noon on a business day are usually shipped the same day. Although not guaranteed, these orders are, most of the time, normally shipped the same day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 will be sent the next business day. These orders are normally shipped the next business day.
- During business days, orders typically leave within 24 hours of being processed.
- On rare occasions, orders placed on holidays, weekends or at the beginning and end of the month may be delayed.
- Once your order has been validated, NO modifications or cancellations will be accepted. Please check your order before placing it to ensure it is correct.
