Shipping Fees, you are responsible for VAT and customs fees upon arrival in your country :

Order Delivery
A delivery time of 3/5 days may be required for delivery via carriers. You will automatically receive an email with delivery information for your order.
Delivery Standards
We follow the standard Théia Candle operating procedures. The standard shipping standards are provided below to better meet your expectations and ensure consistent quality service.
- Orders placed on a business day before 12:00 PM are usually shipped the same day. While this is not guaranteed, most of these orders are typically shipped on the same day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be shipped on the next business day. These orders are typically shipped on the next business day.
- During business days, orders generally leave Atelier Théia within 24 hours of processing.
- On rare occasions, orders placed on holidays, weekends, or at the beginning and end of the month may be delayed.
- Once your order is confirmed, NO modifications or cancellations will be accepted. Please review your order before placing it to ensure it is correct.
