Depending on the ambient temperature, your natural wax candle may contract slightly, revealing slight white marks on the walls of the glass as well as a slight detachment of the wax in the container. We would like to assure you that these appearances have no negative impact on the quality of the product. These marks disappear naturally with heat or when the candle heats up when it is lit.

Rituels d'utilisation

Lors de chaque utilisation, laissez la bougie brûler jusqu’à ce que toute la surface de la cire soit fondue, sans dépasser le temps de combustion recommandé selon le format.

Ne laissez jamais la bougie brûler jusqu’au fond du pot et conservez toujours une fine couche de cire au fond du contenant.

À partir de la deuxième utilisation, coupez la mèche à environ 1 cm avant chaque allumage. Si les éléments décoratifs en cire ne sont pas totalement fondus, laissez la mèche intacte. Le coupe-mèche d'Arès est disponible sur notre site pour un geste précis et soigné.

Une fois la bougie éteinte, attendez que la cire soit complètement solidifiée avant de la protéger à l’aide de notre cloche décorative HÝLÉ, conçue pour préserver votre bougie lorsqu’elle repose.
